FSA/HSA Eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity

These items may be FSA/HSA - eligible with a letter of medical necessity.  Once you click the "submit payment" button during checkout you will see an indication of which items you will be able to purchase with your FSA/HSA card. You will be able to pay for non-eligible items with a different payment method at that time. 

Check with your administrator if you have any questions about items that show as not eligible.
