  • Class Description

    Group is for parents with pre-crawling babies up to 6 months

    Have a Baby 4+ months? You can join our New Parents Graduates Circle on Wednesdays at 4pm. 

    In this safe and supportive, facilitated group, all parents of new babies are welcome to share and connect around your transition to your new role as a parent, changing family relationships, and the vast spectrum of emotions that arise in new parenthood.

    Please Note:

    -Content covered in these sessions is included in the Details section below.
     -Pre-Crawling babies are welcome! or you can come alone.
    -Snacks and drinks will not be supplied by Natural Resources.


  • Details

    Parents often have questions including, but not limited to those in the following list and can receive suggestions for resources and advice from the facilitator (within the scope of practice) as well as draw upon the greater wisdom of the group:

    -Infant care
    -Breastfeeding
    -Emotional and physical recovery after birth
    -Sleep
    -More!

    It is a place to share about whatever is on your heart and mind surrounding parenting -- and an opportunity to meet other new parents and form lasting friendships.

What a community I’ve built

I went to my first new parent circle when my daughter was only 3 weeks old. I cried the whole time. I’ve continued to come over the last several months and have found it to be the most wonderful group of supportive and non-judgemental folks. All my people I’ve connected with that are now my tribe of parents with littles the age of my kid I have to thank for this group!

The set up for each baby to have a place to be comfortable and parent to be conformable was so appreciated!
