Alex is a plush doll in a brown  color with dark brown hair. His face has embroidered eyes, nose, and smiling mouth, and his hands and wrists have stitched features to distinguish the fingers. The head is one part including the hair. He is wearing a removable white t-shirt and blue overalls, with removable white bloomers underneath and yellow and white checkered shoes (not removable).
